On Friday, October 28th, 2022, local humanitarian and watercolor artist, Charlotte McLaughlin, passed away at age 78. Char loved painting, traveling around the world, cooking of all cuisines, gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Char was known for her quick wit, her infectious smile, and her ability to be a true good Samaritan.
