Vietnam, Where the Lotus Blooms

Join us Sunday as author Magda Cabrero shares insights from her new book, Vietnam, Where the Lotus Blooms, a colorful illustrated journey retracing the steps of her Zen teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh (Thay).

Through her paintings, photographs, and reflections, Magda will take the audience through her experiences and some of the most meaningful places in Vietnam connected to Thay’s life and teachings. Magda will also explore the people, places, and experiences that shaped Thay’s radical and compassionate approach to life. The presentation will include time for reflection, questions, and tea shared in mindful community.
