Don Morrison will tackle the explosion of controversy aimed at critical race theory, discussing what it is, why some Americans are so opposed, and – using UU principles and actions – offer ideas about what we can do to further understanding of black and brown people’s experiences and history in America and to move towards dismantling racism and other oppressions in ourselves and our institutions as we participate in building a diverse multicultural community. Don is the Vice President of our Board of Trustees and a member of the Justice Council
